Leadership Training
Our mission is to develop individuals - especially women in mid-career or mid-life - to stand tall and lead their lives - at work and at home - with joy. Leaders exist in all walks of life, within organizations and out.
The training we offer focuses on the knowledge, skills, and abilities that individuals need to grow both in their careers as well as in other areas of their lives.
The training we offer focuses on the knowledge, skills, and abilities that individuals need to grow both in their careers as well as in other areas of their lives.
- Leaders take wing, take command of themselves, their circumstances and where they choose to fly - It is not about your title or position, but about how you lead your life. Utilizing your skills, your potential, and your dreams, you make the choices that take you where you want to go.
- Leaders develop from the inside out - When you lead with vision, values, passion and conviction, your life and your work are meaningful and fulfilling. Develop a vision, define your goals, express your values, and plan your next steps.
- Leaders get results - When you take command and responsibility for the choices you make and the actions you take, results follow. Whether those results are tangible or intangible, others notice the difference in you. You become a role model whom others wish to follow. Stand tall; lead with joy.
- Leaders develop other leaders around them - As leaders, you model the way for others to follow. If you value continuous learning, you will seek continuous training and other opportunities for personal and organizational development.
